There is one big jump of 8,000 or so pionts but it was April 8th and it says 41 hrs. I dunno tbh :\
Maybe he had a really good commander round where his entire team was scoring in the 200's so when he won he got in the 500's. Maybe, not likely.
Team + combat + commander scores = more than total score. It's a well known problem.

Global score = Combat score + Team score + Commander score - Combat score as commander (nobody knows how many points) - Team score as commander
(e.g. you are commander while using the support class and give ammo to someone else. You'll get a point for resupplies, but this score does not count as global score...)
What's wrong...first his victim...even when trying...i wont kill some 1 40 time witout paddin...
His best round COULD be legit...cant really say anything on that...i know some one wich are not paddin nor playing with knife and pistol only and wich have reached..humm prolly about 400 point iar
I know he was not paddin as i was commanding and admining the server...he would have padded he would have been out in the minute wich folowed belive me i dont mess with tard i get em out.
