EA need to fix that in their next patch. Only with sniper rifle we can kill someone with an head shot ( not sure ) but we don't kill someone if we shoot him with a AK-101 or M4 or all other gun. What do you think about that.

I killed a guy with one shot to the head with the AK-47. To bad it was my commander...and of course I was a medic. I was just returning the favor from earlier.

Head shots are easy with other guns...especially the M4 (laser sights FTW!) you just have to know where to aim ;)

I remember reading somewherre(!) that a headshot adds a percentage to the damage - -30% is my vague recollection...

If we want realism, let's get the M16 to kill with one shot to the torso. Unless you get grazed, I don't think it's going to feel too good.

And sniper rifles do more than 50% thus kills with one shot.
Two or maybe 3 pistol shots to the head kill, or two M4 shots etc.

and bullet reg problem suck I've been getting them quite a lot lately (the kind where you see the smoke, hear the 'thwack' of a bullet hitting someone, sometimes ever hear a noise from the person, but no yellow crosshair or damage.) try frapsing a few shots at people. I did it and after some slow playback/zooming in I could see guys surviving 6 hits from an AK (without medpacks) because one or two bullets didn't register
I'm sure headshots do work but its difficult to confirm from an individual's perspective as there is no "headshot" indicator. Sure - when an enemy goes down to a single sniper shot and you were aiming for the head, the assumption is that you scored a headshot. Of course its just as likely the target had already sustained some damage and you hit them somewhere else. Especially for a shot at range.
That might be a nice addition if the kill message indicated a headshot or not.
