When i was in NY, i saw Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits. But in the UK a biscuit is a cookie, if u know what i mean.

I dont see the attraction of eating chicken with a cookie.

biscuits are fist sized wads of bread type dough, not necessarily sweet, but they can be, usually used when you need to soak up some gravy on your plate, though I save mine for dessert and put honey or jelly on them
down here in there are a few places that serve chicken and waffles, believed to have been started by a Harlem diner called the "Wells Supper Club" for patrons leaving the jazz clubs at 2 am and couldn't decide between dinner or breakfast, haven't tried it yet.
