You can do it on 16 player dalian too by using the TOW in the Us main, aim at the right spot, and it will destory teh chopper at reactor towers. Quite useful in matches.

Not to mention, you can also just be commander, like on the video, or just guess when it spawns. If you miss, who cares? If I knew how to make that shot, I'd shoot blindly every so often just for the hell of it. And Bolvis, the point of taking the hotel would be...I dunno..to help your team...? Crazy theory. I'm not saying you're a chopper whore or in any way an incompetent player, but I don't see the big deal about this strategy. So you don't get to be the first in the chopper. Oh no. They're using an asset programmed into the game in a way that is completely intended. There's no rule that says you can't shoot off into the distance with a tow. If anything, people that do this are doing you a favor by eliminating all the teamkilling, ego, and competition that comes when people fight over who gets to fly the damn chopper and forcing you to go be all that you can be. Bunnyhopping/dolphin diving is different because it takes no skill for starters, and while doing it you're virtually untouchable while losing close to zero accuracy. It was an unintended glitch that has since been fixed.TehMyke wrote:
zero? you dont need to see it spawn, if you know how long it takes to respawn and just keep throwing shoots in the right area you will hit it everytime.PheloniusRM wrote:
The problem is that you cannot see the chopper spawn from the hotel tow without using some third party software to remove the fog. If you are not using software, then you are shooting blindly and the chances that you will hit every single time is zero. I say exploit.
(and if you hit your map it'll show the empty chopepr icon for a second when it spawns before they get in it kthx)
