You can do it on 16 player dalian too by using the TOW in the Us main, aim at the right spot, and it will destory teh chopper at reactor towers. Quite useful in matches.

Not to mention, you can also just be commander, like on the video, or just guess when it spawns. If you miss, who cares? If I knew how to make that shot, I'd shoot blindly every so often just for the hell of it. And Bolvis, the point of taking the hotel would be...I dunno..to help your team...? Crazy theory. I'm not saying you're a chopper whore or in any way an incompetent player, but I don't see the big deal about this strategy. So you don't get to be the first in the chopper. Oh no. They're using an asset programmed into the game in a way that is completely intended. There's no rule that says you can't shoot off into the distance with a tow. If anything, people that do this are doing you a favor by eliminating all the teamkilling, ego, and competition that comes when people fight over who gets to fly the damn chopper and forcing you to go be all that you can be. Bunnyhopping/dolphin diving is different because it takes no skill for starters, and while doing it you're virtually untouchable while losing close to zero accuracy. AHH, I love doing this on Sharqi, simply because it pisses off the chopper whores. And, no, I dont need any 3rd party software for fog, i just watched that vid a couple times and pulled it off on my first try. Now I agree that it is spawn camping, but spawn camping can be down with infantry, tanks, planes, its no different. Imagine in a plane you fire your gun into the fog at the icon of an uncappable flag and kill someone. Is that an exploit? I don't think so.

I say it's not an exploit. You can do the same with the tow on the SAS side of the map of Ghost Town.
I would say it's no different than someone running into a base and using the opponents AA against them - the weapon is there to be used - for good or bad.
