Has anyone pinpointed the problem yet? When 1.03 came out I already had enough points to get First Sgt. but I needed basic knife and pistol. So, I spent a couple rounds getting those badges, ended up getting veteran for both of them and made sure I finished the rounds. According to my stats page I have all the requirements for the badge and then some but it just won't work... I messaged EA support on the matter and after answering a few of their inane questions someone finally replied that it is a glitch and there is no estimated time on a fix. Then they closed the ticket.... There was no information provided as to HOW this glitch occurs.
I have found limited info browsing forums on the matter. It seems it's not a widespread problem and the only answers are speculation. So, I'm posting to see if anyone knows something I don't. It's frustrating since this is my final unlocking rank and I need it to get Master Gunnery which I am approaching faster than EA is approaching a fix.
