Imagine you were the exec at either EA or Dice wh had to make the call on which BF game to make next. Which game would you have chosen to make after BF2 and why?

(I know this is a bit silly as we have BF 2142 being made now but idf you had the choise.....).

if i was the exec i would of chosen 2142. just because i am the exec this would mean loads of money for what could be a rehash of BF2. but as a gamer i would go for BF3. simple really the exec doesn't care how many gamers he/she screws over all they care about is money money money. and to tell you the truth if we were in there positions we would all do the same.

i wud add a whole new concept to the battlefield series. i would do bf3, but make it amazing.

No . Same situation as with 1942 & Vietnam . BF3 will have another engine and on my opinion will come in late 2007-2008 . Hope BF3 will be Modern Combat as BF2 .

My vote - for BF1943 . Want to come back to WW2 on BF2 engine .

Bf3 because im sick of WWII shooters and future war doesn't interest me anymore, i had my fill of mecwarrior years ago.

I'd have made no BF2 (but 2042 instead).
But as the series has a BF2 now, i'd make a BF3.

Something very interesting for me, would be BF 442 b.C. (with Greeks, Egypts, etc.)
or something like the Pirate-Mod...

I'd say BF3. Please don't tell me that I'm the only one that thinks BF2142 is a stupid concept, yet I'll still probably buy it anyways...

Yes why don't they choose another war. The Revolutionary War, WWI and the Korean war are the neglected wars that could possibly be FPS games.

WWII and Vietnam are so overdone. Also Gulf War I. They should start on Gulf War II.
