Looks like SMOTC (look for Sergeant Major of the Corps in UBAR Ranks)
But I thought only one person at a time would be SMOTC. Currently Sgt.KERORO[Keron], so obviously those two aren't.

Isnt SMOTC Like 4 Star General? Highes Rank of the Month? Yet, There are like 20 4 Star Generals? Perhaps now More than One Can have it.

RQK.1998 is a PFC, so that must have been quite the bug.
I noticed that too, but I didn't say it made SENSE. For that matter, I've seen ranked servers where everyone shows up as a private and starts getting all the awards/badges/ribbons they already have again. Stands to reason it could #$%& up in another way too. <shrug>
