Think it would be cool instead of magically appearing in the vehicles, helos and planes to see a person climb inside.

Why?  More realistic but also how fun would that be to wax a group of people taking their time to get in.

If you jump in front of someone, like in Sega NHL Hockey 1994, you can fist fight them for it.

Other games do it.

But you have to understand, that people just want in and out of the vehicles fast, i mean, how stupid would it be if you car was on fire, and you had to watch the animation of someone getting in and out, by that time, its already exploded.

I was referring to the jag-offs that rip off vehicles when you are waiting.  Poorly worded.  My ex-wife would agree on that trait I have.
