the shitty black auto start box comes up when i put the disk and and after nothing happens. And if i click on the icon it says insert installation disk. so i decide to reinstall it. the same shitty auto run box comes up. someone please help me or no more bf2 for me NOOOOOOOOOO!!!
I had the same problem but i used to just click on the desktop icon shortcut and mines would load, dont know why yours dont?. If you click on icon and it says insert installation disc and you have it in the drive then that could mean that the disc is dirty or scratched or your drive is screwed either way.ace6588 wrote:

wait, if a blac screen comes up after you go to play then it goes to desktop, you need a new vid card...
not a black sreen its the cammand prompt. i tryed it on my bro comp and it works fine so it should be the drive
