PLz help: battlerecorder problems

i am trying to retrieve/download a battlerecorder but whenever i try it says "server has denied the request" or "the download did not complete. try again" or similar to that.

does anyone know how i can get around this problem?

Make sure the ports on your firewall are setup correctly for bf2(Router and pc software based). Other than that, its possible that the server you are try to download from does not have this feature setup correctly. Probally nothing you can do about it.
