This is getting annoying. Whenever I disable mute (it's enabled right now), there's this stupid sound. All it is is "CHATTER CHATTER CHATTER CHATTER" or something like that repeated endlessly, with something that sounds like birds in the background. Anyone know what's causing this or a fix for it?
Soundcard problem?
Is this In Game? Would it be Possible for a piece of Adware of Spyware or something like that to do this?
