I was comparing my score with a friend of mine, we're reasonably competitive in so far as one of us is a big team player and I'm someone who likes getting kills.

So I'm glancing down the list of betters and worsts and I see that despite having a lower Lone Wolf time than me he's been marked as having a better.

So I ask you all, do you think Lone Wolf is necessary a bad time to have?  Sometimes I just don't want the annoyance of a commander/ squad leader barking idiotic orders.  Especially when responding to those orders can give away my position.

Here's the comparison for reference - http://www.bf2s.com/compare/48666233,61936919

What's the point of being in a squad when nobody follows orders or even stays with the SL most of the time? Lone wolf ftw.

I'll go as SL or SM so I don't get switched, or if I'm playing with a friend in the same squad.

If  responding to orders gives you away, why do you respond?

In any case, having commanders is cool. They can give you orders, and then once you've accepted you can immediately order your squad to attack the ocean or something. Outwitted, random commander person!

Your team player friend has better win/loss ratio. = He is more useful for the team.

Or he could teamswitch when he sees that the round is going bad.
