How exactly does one become a **** General? I know the rquirements say
Requirements:

* Rank: Lieutenant General
* Score: 200,000
* Notes: Highest rank of the month

Can someone clarify the Highest Rank of the Month thing?

Well I'm a very long way away from 200,000 points, so I have plenty of time to gather all vet badges. I'd say I'm doing pretty well for only having owned the game for about 2 months and having played every so often at a LAN Cafe the other months before that.
