If all your concerned about is a better K/D ratio, then tankwhore. That'll rack up lots of kills and keep you relativly safe.
Try tweaking your graphics to a lower setting if your lagging.
Try and adjust your mouse sensetivity somewhat. The default makes you turn REALLY slow.
My best defense to not getting killed is KEEP MOVING! Don't stop moving. You stop and your dead. Pondering why theirs a fire in the building across from the Hotel is just what a sniper needs for an easy kill.
And finally, squads that stick together allow you to live alot longer. Especially with a couple of medics. Every medic loves a teammate who dies alot close to them. Easy points for them, and you get to live a little longer.
The Problem is maybe: You choose a server and only down at the list is a server with your wishes .. you enter and die 100 times... the problem can be: High ping... (I just got crazy as i was playing SF because i had 300 ping)
Another problem (mostly happens to CS(S) players: You die.. and die... and die... you think..."OMFG I'm a looser i can do nothing see again i died.." Problem: you lost the fun, the tactics, your concentration on shooting the enemy... that mean ----> you just try to run somewhere don't check your flanks and if you see an enemy then you shoot like a crazy frog and hit nothing... <--------
(why CS[S]?): if i make kills and kills and kills it don't stop making kills and head shots and head shots
if i ....... die and die and die it don't stop .......... dieing and i become head shots and h...

I don't think a P/K server is what this guy needs. If he isn't good with standard rifles, how do you think he'd be with a pistol?

How the hell do you play to have such low K/D ratio? Do you go with a shotgun against snipers? And your system specs are not the point, you can still put everything on low and play comfortably.

yeah you've got a lot of points, so that kdr is going to take awhile to bring back up... it's a pretty big hole you've dug (5000 kill deficit). my advice? don't play that tankwhoring artillery-fest karkand. play on sharqi. tank whores can't get around as easily without getting TOWed, and there's lots of close up action that you will ALWAYS win as long as you have the UAV, a good weapon, and firing from the flank. the only problem is the helos, but again you can avoid that by staying away from the cluster-f's.

dude im the same. well my stats say that but my gameplays changed so much on the battlefield. i kill more than die and cap more flags etc. my stats just go better slowlyy tho.

Only a 200-watt power supply which probably cannot be removed so a better video card is very much out of the question. Another GB of RAM is possible and at the moment sounds like the best idea for a hardware upgrade. I just recently got a new mouse for 10$ but I don't think could get used to anything faster than the 800 dpi it goes up to. It's much better than this which was what I was using until sunday. i was the same when i got my new mouse. 2000 dpi was waay to much for me. but the advantage is that you can change dpi on the go. 2000 whislt in tank. 1000 less whilst sniping.

This mouse also has a dpi buttons on the side that work in-game, I just can't figure out which one makes it go up and which one goes down. I think(keyword:think) it's a proprietary PSU, this is an HP Pavilion 750n, I upgraded the AGP video card-which was some piece of shit ancient 32MB GeForce made by Asus, I upgraded to a Sapphire ATi Radeon 9600 256MB back in November so it could play BF2(mobo only goes up to AGP x4, so that's holding me back too), i've been playing BF2 since December 2nd, then I got tired of the lag(I didn't know a lot so I upgraded the processor and not the RAM) so I upgraded the processor from the 1.6GHz 256KB Pentium 4 to this 2.2GHz 512KB Pentium 4(Notice the 400MHz FSB, yet another bottleneck), made it lag a little bit less, the graphics looked a lot better and more colorful, the sound was louder and clearer. I upgraded the processor at the beginning of March I think. Then in June I decided to upgrade from 512MB of RAM to 1GB because I heard VERY good things about it. BF2 played like never before. Hardly any lag, slightly faster load times for BF2 and pretty much everything else on the computer loaded faster. Then I found a crappy Creative Sound Blaster PCI64/128 sitting in the garage, made the sound be much better and BF2 went even faster but due to Creative shitty drivers, the line in and mic ports don't work so only the speaker ports works. soon after i got this game this time last year i went working away for a few weeks 4 to be exact out of town & in that time my wife decided to let my 5 & 8 year old sons play with my online account i came back to 500 kills - 4000 deaths, i've not long got back in the black lol, nightmare.
