Alright folks...yes there is a search function and its great for finding threads about a question you might have...but when I want to post a complaint in the "complain thread" and it gets removed because others have said the same thing in the past, WTH is it going to get removed?  A) I did do a search for WCR in the section I was going to post, namely BF2-complain, B) saw no relavant posts concerning my particular complaint in the last 4 months, namely someone who got it the good old fashion way and was annoyed at the new requirements, C) guessing my post must of hit some admins nerve.  I mean hell anyone else do it yourself, search WCR and you will see the thread labeled "WCR needs to be removed! by PheloniusRM" with a last post of 05-15-06, and a few below it another labeled "WCR should be removed by MarkPuppets" last posted on 02-03-06...so if they allowed those two to remain and didnt close the 2nd one that had almost the exact same name as the first one, why on earth point out mine and close it.  I mean a forum is meant for discussion isnt it...whats the point of me adding a post at the end of a thread that has gone on for 2 pages, hasnt been looked at in 2 months, and pretty much guarantees nobody will bother to even looking at it.  Im sure this will be removed before it lasts long enough for most to read but we will see.

well, read the rules:

Search the forums before creating a new thread. Most likely your question has already been answered many times over.
enough said. Just let me know and I´ll close this one huh...

As said, did search, or should I search the entire site and post in a thread clearly not labeled for complaints.  Likewise there was no answer as to why the threads I pointed out remained.  How about this, point me out a thread where someone who already had the WCR before the 1.3 patch that newbed the ribbon is complaining in the BF2-complain forum...let me know.  Sofar all I saw where people either commenting about the hover button not working, the one dude who was about to get his WCR but now has to do extra since patch, and other posts months and months old.

Also as a side note..if nobody can find a thread with this..how about opening mine back up?

These threads about awards have been going on for an entire year, after 50 or so posts on the same topic I'm sure the admins get tired of seeing the same thing over and over.  BTW don't triple post, thats spammish.

But the threads are not here for the admins, they're here for us users.  Advanced, Novice, Noob, New, Old, Smart, and Dumb users.  No disrespect intended, but I've had many web sites of my own with threads and have never seen or felt the need to police repeat postings.  Honestly, name any other thread that you know that does this.  I understand the meaning and thought behind the rule, but it's obviously a losing battle for them, no?

eh good point about the triple post, however i usually avoid edits as often as possible as if i happen to edit while someone else is replying it seems to undercut their response. That and posts where spanned out over what 2 hours?  And thats about it for agreeing, its a forum, if they didnt want people to write and make comments it would be locked and only the select few able to post what they filtered as being ok to be heard by the general public.  Still waiting on my original thread to get unlocked....come on if ya cant offer me a thread to tag on to unclose it already...

*** had to fix my ...apparantly a :p makes a :p and not a ****
