Just a thought, but, I reckon more servers need some custom settings, like, typing some commands could be picked up by a control server and activate the command, a few examples of these could be

/report [Reason/Corrisponding number with the reason, maybe?] [Player name]
Reports a player, with a custom reason, or maybe a set reason, which is detirmined by numbers
/Ptkstats [Player name]
That would show you how many times that player has punished/forgiven on that server, and would show the current ammount of punish/forgives in game and how many punishes against them
/SSettings
Would give a list of the server settings, like Friendly fire, smart mines, rounds before new map [And the rounds from your map till a new map]
/Maprote
Shows the next 3 different maps in the rotation
/SRules
Shows the rules
/Top10
Shows who got the highest score on this server, ever
Lawl, Public Statpadders = Fucked

Ect ect, I reckon this could be displayed either in the HUD, where all the kill messages are, the Chat, or maybe, just maybe, DICE might code something or impliment a small mod, which still allows the server to be ranked, that allows these command functions to be displayed

I dont know about those things but there are basic commands for Warning, saying to the public, Kicking, Banning commands
just type e.g. !w (for warning) *shortcut of the player name* *reason*

Ahh, but that is admin, is it not?

Im talking about simple, non threataning commands that normal players can use, to see misc. stuff

#1--BF2CC codes it not DICE
#2- some of theses settings already exist

and the rules are already scrolling through on every server...
