After install the Stunt mod or the battleracer mod, do I have to reinstall the game, if I want to go back to normal battlefield?

no. It installs to a different location under your mods folder.
(program files\EA games\battlefield 2\mods)
(program files\EA games\battlefield 2\mods)

and by the way, if your in the mod or your in bf2 and want to switch, just go to the community tab in the menu, hit custom game and choose whichever one you want to play and click activate...
