So, I've got the required stats for it. I just got my FE Service Ribbon after not being registered playing Dalian Plant apparentely. So, if I've got all the required maps, why aren't I getting this ribbon?

Any help would be appreciated.

yeh, i think its a glitch, you might not get it now.  BF2s shows all the requirements ticked, but it never gets awarded.
