Bullet drop only happens over 500 ms. You are overshooting your target.
Bullet drop happens continuously. It has to be taken into account for targets at less than 200m!

Wrong. I've knifed a foot and killed the person and I believe I've seen a screenshot of someong who knifed a guy's hand.
