i dont know how it happens or how it works, so i was wondering is there a way to take off a clan tag in front of your name? i dont know how i got mine. is there a way people can regroup other people without them knowing? THX.
if the tag is part of your account name, then no, you can't change it - otherwise, type something into the tag box, then backspace it out to clear the box - should come up blank in-game.

dang, my clan tags have 7 characters and a dash, the tag box supports 6 characters and no dashes.
