No Idea.. Try Downloading the Full 1.3 Patch, if that fails, Re-install BF2 and then the Patch... Thats what i would do at least.
According to Punkbuster, a #80000's Violation is a GameHack
Cheat/Hack Violations:
When PunkBuster detects a cheat or hack by repeated positive identification on a player's computer, a violation is raised. These violation numbers are 50000 and higher. Families of cheats are listed below. Resolution: Remove cheats and hacks from the computer.

You can also try to update your Punkbuster.
You can do that here:
http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php
1. Choose the file "For windows: pbsetup.exe".
2. Install
3. Choose to wich game you want to update Punkbuster
4. Press "Check For Updates".
There is also a guide on the side.

hm... i installed patch 1.41 again and it seems to work now... hope that solved the problem...

Had some rounds now, without any kicks. seems like patching again helped.
