BF2S Forums Teamkill Or Forgive

I`ll Forgive 99% of the time.

I only punish for gross stupidity, like if your squad is capping the flag, there`s one enemy soldier in the mix and some idiot throws a grenade in. Yeah it kills the enemy, but it also wastes my squad.

Intentional and extreme stupidity gets punished here too.
But never accidents - we all make mistakes!!

I very rarely punish.  Mistakes are just that...

More often of late, I get punished for stuff that was in no way my fault.  I think it has something to do with me trying to fly again.

Two good examples:
I'm on Iron Gator in the turret.  I'm steadily shooting an enemy chopper when my team's pilot lowers himself into the line of fire.  Yep, he was toast, as was the enemy chopper, but both SOBs punished me.

I'm in a Jeep and get rammed by an friendly jet.  Somehow, I got the teamkill, and yep, the guy punished.

Yep.  In both the examples above, I was shooting at a stationary target, so I wasn't even moving around.  If I see a big stream of bullets and rockets, the last place I'd want to go is between their source and destination!

I always page up with everything.

Even voting, unless its against someone I know.

And I only punish if I know for a fact they did it on purpose or I was in the middle of something important and it wasnt my fault to get tk'ed.


But there is that universal rule, that you wait, if the guy says sorry then you forgive.

Because cunts who dont must die.

I usually wait to see if im revived. If not, then ill punish. Else, Ill forgive. I also forgive for accidental tk's too.

Sometimes when i'm shooting at an enemy and one of my friendly run in front of my cross hair and i kill him, they punish me. Also when i'm flying in my J-10 and i lock on to a blackhawk and i fire the missles, the missles will turn and hit my friendly blackhawk or heli and i get team vehical damage and get punished for team kill. Now that gets me mad....

On that note, a story/rant in one (2 for 1, great deal!):

On Dalian, our team (US) was getting owned by some guy in a J-10, and he was constantly owning the F-35 pilot on our side. I hop into our other F-35 Super Shit-Wagon (the DICE designation for it, if you didn't get the memo), at the very least with the intention of keeping the J-10 and attack choppers busy so our team can get some breathing room. The J-10 continuously (what a surprise) was owning me and the other F-35 pilot, and quite a few times, I would see the J-10 chasing the other F-35, so I would go and try to help out...

Every time I locked and fired on the J-10, the missiles would just completely bypass it as if it was invisible (flares dropped by him or not), and TAKE OUT THE FRIENDLY F-35. This happened multiple occasions, until I gave up and tried (pretty uselessly) to use guns. Point is, the guy on my team punished me, when the morons who should be punished for that is DICE for one of the worst nerfs in the game... obviously it was pretty frustrating.
