Back in Quake 2 you used to be able to bind a series of actions to one key, and a popular use for this was automagic rocket jumping.
If it's not doing anything that you shouldn't be able to do manually, and you are the one that's controlling it rather than it taking some control from you like an aimbot, then it's hard to see how it's cheating - even if it is both lazy and lame...
