As far as noobishness goes it's not necessarily reflected in one's stats, at least as I understand the word. I've played with/against colonels and higher that barely appeared to know which end of the gun the bullets come out of.

I don't care if someone is bad, I can work with that. Read: Claymore fodder. But if someone is just stupid, no ammount of help will save them...

Yah, it's not really in the numbers. The numbers can factor in to being a noob, but here are some other tell tale signs:
1. TKs for vehicles
2. Tries to mutiny the commander after about 1 min of a round
3. Auto punishes for tks.

Those are just some of the things that true noobs do, so if anyone of these fits you- you might be a noob!

A noob goes with the latest trends (PKM, g36e, J-10's), has little idea of what he is doing, claims to know what he is doing, thinks unlocks are automatically better than standard guns because they're unlocks, uses pointless abbreviations after every death (OMG WTF NO WAI), has no idea where he is going, has no idea how to fight as infantry, doesn't use engineer in armor, doesn't hunt other tanks in armor... oh man I could go on for a while
