well the first one has what looks like a book - maybe its for those who have followed the rules exactly to the T on a set amount of time
it's probably Dice forgetting to remove stuff that EA didn't want in the game. For those who don't know, they skipped out some stuff (ie. voice commands), but yet gave us files containing the info and shit.
im not sure about the other two but the first one is for taking screenshots of people accusing you of hacking and putting it in ur bf2s sig
