I want to play both game modes. I like playing other kits besides anti-tank but it's kinda hard to play assault or support when there's always armor around.

yeah thats coz i dont play 64 player servers, thus i cant dont work up my BR. The BR i have is from a 32 player server, and just so you know a good score on 64 player karkand is more around the 200 mark.[n00b]Tyler wrote:

Seeing as you have both been playing more than 4x more than me, and only have KDR just over mine and if you compare my time to KDR i get 0.01 per hour played, in 40 more hours my KDR is gunna be above yours. Thats just with infantry which i note u dont even do much of. So before you try to go looking all good check your own stats, I dont even claim to be good but trust me neither are you.

well thats just bullshit. a full 64 player karkand map takes about 8-12 minutes and the gold medal will get about 80 most of the time (somtimes as low as 60), Sometimes (about 5% of the time) someone will break the 100 points barrier. Yes with less people on the server scores can be increased up to the 200ish mark, but only when there less the 25 on the server and if you take a very careful look at the pictures again you will see that there is at least 21 people per team. making his score of 140 very good considering the next best was sub 100.
And back on topic: (well sort of anyway). Who is going to play infantry only dragon valley, kubra dam, zatar wetlands, fu she pass and operation clean sweep?? It would take you 10 minutes just to get from 1 side of the map to the other. So no one will do it. Im sure everyone will find most inf only maps will be reduced to the 3 city maps, kark, sharqi and mashtuur. Where there is very little in the way of vehicles anyway (no planes, 1 Attack heli, 3 tanks and 3 apcs at most per team for all maps combined)

64 man rounds last about 10 minutes, less than 64 man rounds can last to over half an hour!!!!!!!

Right. I think Infantry Only servers shouldn't be ranked. You're just not playing the same game as regular BF2 when you don't have the vehicles, and to rank them on the same criteria undermines the stats system. I'll be playing on Infantry Only servers because I like to groundpound and I've always thought the game was the most fun during intense ground-level firefights, but it wouldn't bother me if those points didn't count.Mike<Eagle23> wrote:

I don't see how it effects you if people play on infantry only servers. If you don't like them, don't play on them. Are you a big jet/helicopter guy?
If ANYTHING, normal maps should be unranked.
This is the only TRUE fairness in the game, as how is sitting in a tank all the time being completely invincible to 4/7 kits on a city map fair?
Although you would have more intense fights and have abit more fun and nothing to worry about and be any kit you want tobe, and not having to switch to AT just to take out a bloody tank.
