Ok I don't know if this happens for everyone but everytime I get enough points for a rank up, I have to change the server that I'm playing in and go get a single point in a different one to get my new rank. And in some instances I can get the in game notification a couple fo times before it registers with BFHQ. Here I've posted some screenies as an example and also to gloat in my awesomenes...ahem gloat.
