1. Time runs out.
2. An admin forces the round to end.
...So it's not real common.

I frequently see a draw when in clan practice. So it's not that uncommon for me...

I've seen some 1-0s too, but never a draw.
i've had draws, and glitched rounds where it shows zero to zero but still declares a winner .... though i havent seen it happen in a LONG time

3. enough people leave the server to make it an invalid game with the score tied
Nope never seen a 0-0, seen a few draws but never by 0-0, did see a 1000-3 for some reason :S but was an unranked server.
I saw that it happened in CAL in a playoff match... and that was unprecedented and will not happen again in league play.

I've seen it twice. Its cool when it happens though.
cool ive never seen that before, ive seen 1-0 wins but not 0-0 win, strange.
I think the reason it wasnt counted as a draw is because unlike the Road Rage screenshot here the round was progressing normally and what I think happend in Road Rage screenshot the round began when the people requirement was filled and then a person left and the round ended resulting in even amount of tickets.
