Hi guys.

I ain't good at flying jet. Can somebody tell me if there is a trick or something flying jets? I can fly for a little while but then i crash. I suck at it.

Help please

There's no real "secret" to flying - it just takes practise. Get a joystick if you don't already have one.. I bought a 4 quid joystick and I have really improved.

I don't really know how to use a joystick and never really tried it for real. Wich joysticks a good? Producer?

practice is the key, first try to fly (on an empty server)/singleplayer/local game. (supposing you don't have a joystic) keep pressing w almost all the time, use your mouse to get you up. Fly at a decent height, no need to fly 2 feet above tree level cause then you will not be able to bomb decent, fly high (200 feet is nice), dive towards a target, use your main gun first, release bombs and PULL UP back to 200 feet (or 400 if you like being in the fog). Just make sure you pull up soon enough, especially if you dive towards trees or a mountain.

But basicly you need to practice, you will soon get the hang of it, and we all crashed in the beginning, after a few houres you can fly and then you have to learn how to drop those bombs
For that drop them, pull up and use your rear view to see where they landed. try to remember when you released them and where they ended up, soon you'll be better and better

And always fly in bomb mode as you will see all ground targets that way. only switch to missiles if you chase a jet.

Create a 64 player map of Kubra Dam and practice flying around there.

There is a thread on BF2S describing how you change your localisation files so you can play without the "need more players to join" message.

You don't need a joystick to fly, one of my mate insists i have a joystick , because how i fly is so good
but nope , just mouse.

Same here. I use the joystick to adjust my speed every now and then...usually in the bomber, but that's it.

Well I'm no pro but just keep it in the air. Don't try and show off right away by trying to do a barell roll or a flip and end up crashing and being laughed at. Just stick to killing.

If you need to evade an enemy plane or missile, that's when you need to get fancy. Just start moving in crazy ways so that the enemy can't predict where you are goin gto go next. Just keep moving, and never fly in a straight line.

Flares arn't there just to look cool, use them. They get the missile off you quite fast. And if you would just like to try practising, go on an empty server (where you don't have to beat other people to the planes) and fly up as high as possible and practise your manuevers there.

a question i have is when i get an enemy locked and i fire the missile and he does a loop no other fancy moves i miss him.
but when i do the same when they lock on me and fire they hit me with both what am i doing wrong then?
