I'm new to this and I was wondering what and how the scores are earned?

How do you define global score? Team score? Combat score? commander score?

what do you have to do to get each score higher?

**Did a search on this with very vague answers, hope you guys dont mind the repost (if it is)

Check your stats here you might get a better understanding. Ubar's site is helpful as well. Teamwork pts are acquired by supporting troops i.e. healing/resupplying/repairing and capturing/assisting/defending CP's (capture points). Combat pts are for kills and kill damage assists. Commander pts are any pts you earn as a commander, I think anyway... it may not include your combat/teamwork pts as your commander pts but I'm pretty sure it does. And global is all pts combined minus tk's etc..

UBAR is a wonderfull place to start. It shows you all the requiremenst for each rank, badge, ribbon and medal.

The only way to get your scores higher is to play on RANKED servers. Official EA servers are a good place to start. Recommend starting on 16 player servers until you get a good feel for the game. It can be pretty hectic and fast-paced on the 32 and 64 player servers.

Combat pts are for kills and kill damage assists.
Kill damage assists are teamwork points.
And s4vior6, also driver points (driver kill assist and driver ability assist).
