Hey,

up until a few days ago, when I tried to log in to BF2, it would be relatively quick...45 secs or so, then I'd be in the multiplayer screen.  Now, it takes upwards of 5 mins for it to connect.  It will say "Connecting to logon server" and hang...5 mins later I'll be at multiplayer screen.  I also noticed that the background movie (action shots, etc) now freezes while its trying to connect to the logon server.  This happen to anyone else or anyone know how to fix this issue?

i started noticing this over the weekend.  My room mates and I were would try and getin and it would take a while for it to do its thing.  I have no idea how to fix it but i am having that issue as well.

Along with the increased logon server time, I have been experiencing a ton of server lagg.  I was playing earlier today with a ping of 46 and still lagged and a message would show saying something to the effect of: "connection problems detected."

I have been playing on this computer since June with no significant problems.  My isp history: adelphia high speed, comcast high speed and just recently went back to adelphia high speed.

Specs:

AMD 64 3200+
1 GB kingston
160 GB Sata
Ati Radeon X800 pro
480 watt thermaltake
Asus K8V SE Deluxe

I have updated every driver I can think of as well as Bios.  I have updated PB and deleted mydocument/bf2.  Nothing has worked yet?  Any ideas?
