Also, I can't think of the name of that side menu at the moment, but you can use any image (albeit TGA) for icons.

Here's an updated screenshot. I took off objectdock in favor of just using the "quickstart" menu (which is a pain to add shortcuts to...) which you can see in the screenshot. If you're thinking of getting BB, be warned that the interface is a single right click with a menu to everything.
But it's a great piece of software. The theme I'm using comes with bblean, "blarga blue" but I modified it slightly to best suit my computer (font size mainly) and I added some blue to the taskbar. If you want it, I can send it to you. Again, something I love about BB. The "themes" are very small text files that are pretty easy to understand if you want to make your own.
Click here. 2560x1024, so I'm not going to just embed it.
Also, if you want help setting it up, add me on xfire, I'm more then willing to help.
