Hmm, I can lead squads fairly well, most of the time I don't get killed much. (unless I have a 2-man squad, in which case I usually die for random reasons)

I think, our young guys have to start for their own squads, start to walk on their own feet to keep the spirit going that maybe is already lost....

think we should just pick a date then just see who turns up. If you are 19 or above then you are on the older squad, less then younger.
we only need 8 people to start the server these days, so get 4 old and 4 young and we can start something.

I just want to try and encourage the younger members to get more invloved in this community. As i have said, us older members are not going to be around all the time (as we have older peoples duties to attend), to the younger guys can get the server started, you can create squads, lead the squad, and try to impress other people who then might want to visit the forum and become regulars.
