There is a time played req.
Just play, it'll show up.
you need 200 houres played. If you have that, it will show up next time you join a server
You only have 3 mins over the required time.
I would suggest that you will get it next time you play.
I don't remember if you get this one in game, or if it just appears in your stats.
If you still haven't got it in 10 hours, then worry about it.
