While there will be scripted moments, I think the game is very open about how things turn out, like if you didn't use the traffic lights to stop the car. I don't think that first video was a mission per se, just someone you could ID and follow that leads to a little side task.

I like how he's causing more innocent injuries, fatalities and overall chaos than he's actually solving by being a vigilante. Kind of makes me want to just play GTA...
