I had to repost due to an accidental delete by BF2S Mod's...
This was a new one to me, playing the http://www.tdbrigade.org/ server running the 1.4 patch and about half way through a match on the new map jala I get warned and then banned for what the server tells me excessice team killing.....hrmm...ok I did TK one guy by accident and apologized, which the teammate said no problem to and forgave me, so I didn't understand the ban. So I looked up the main guys e-mail addy from the website and e-mail me saying that a misunderstanding happened and I would like back in. Well he tells me that I used my "knife" to shoot people. That's a new one to me, though on some threads in google there seemed to be a problem with peopels skins not showing the selected weapon so maybe this is the same glitch. However the admin, -=T.D.B=-Rooster, explain I had to be cheating cause I was trying to kill him with my knife that was shooting bullets supposedly. Umm...he was also on the oppisite team so not sure where excessive team killing came from. This goes to show you that some and few admins are narrow minded and are easy to point a finger at anyone and yell cheater for no apparent reason. I admin my own server and I would have asked them to explain what i saw instead of just banning them and reporting them to EA for a whim because you thought they cheated. I have never cheated in my entire gaming life and I am extremely offended that this admin thought to call me one for no further proof than he thought my knife shot bullets at him. My stats also reflect I play on thier server a lot due to the low pings and fun I used to have with them. Hell my number one enemy is one of thier clan members.
I don't believe I was in the wrong here at all, and unfortunitely I do not have screen shots of this supposed incident at hand here but I truly believe this admin went way beyond what was needed to "ADMIN" his server to the public as he puts it. Here is the trade of e-mails we had to help explain the situation and I would like to get feedback from the BF2S community on it if at all possible.

I did what I needed to do as a server host to the public.
Now in the future it's best on your part to know who you are talking to.. I'm very much involved with Sgt D and the cheat police along with one of the EA public that is filling a lawsuit against noobsville for their cheats.
Stryker nothing you can do or say is going to faze me in anyway your threats are just that threats. But you have to remember I do have shots of you and I have no problem giving them to my friend and have your EA account deleted.
This issue is dead for me.. I'm now blocking your e-mail account. And I have banned your TAG from our server.
Both e-mails you sent will be attached to the shots and sent to Chris if you keep harassing me.
Your breaking your TOS's that you signed your name to.

Hrmm....I have never cheated in my entire life of gaming...my clan actually plays on your server quite often because of the low ping and fun we have with you guys, NeCo is one of my top enemy's on the stats board, we went head to head on wake for over an hour, fun times, but because you are unable to accept anything but that I am a cheater so be it. I like to venture out of my own server and see what else is out there. The reason I was on your server the begin with many many months ago. here is the link to my stats with NeCo on it that shows I play with guys often, http://bf2s.com/player/46475846/ , but again if you are unable to see a mistake that is of course your opinion only. Oh yes after doing some research there is a problem with the skins not showing the right weapon you have selected in 1.4 and 1.3, do a little research before you start blaming someone for cheating. I am also reporting this to EA and the server host provider.

O and Stryker dont' always assume the person talking to you on our server was the admin. I have many server admins and I make sure you as a player does not know who the server admin was at the time they got kicked.

I am hoping that this is a misunderstanding on TDB Trunk's side because I was banned for excessive team killing when I killed one team member by accident when he walked in front of me firing at the enemy, I apologized and the user accepted it for an accident, then Trunk says he is reporting me for something I have no idea for and then I am banned, this is very poor admin service. I have been playing on your server for almost 6 months now to get this treatment is uncalled for. EA has me reported as only killing on teammate this night of game play so his actions are uncalled for and reporting me is useless by looking at my gameplay so I have no idea what power trip this guy was on but I would like it corrected. I also admin a server for <b> so I know the stress of watching a server and making sure all is right but like I said this is poor admin. Hopefully you are able to rectify this.
