Any change is base code will get flagged at either modified content or as one of the numbered violations. (Game hook, game hack, speed hack, etc.)
Yeah you can't even change sounds (like the commanders "Enemy infantry spotted")
It comes up with the modified content message when you try to join a ranked server.
