I was a bit bored with BF2 today,so I thought: "Let's have a nice game of Sniper Elite singleplayer again!".
The game is so nicely designed,every online-sniper should have tried it once - and it's a mandatory game for every fan of the movie "Enemy at the Gates"(some levels look exactly like the scenes in the movie!).
The game really is only for the sniping elite,if you play on the hardest level you have to take posture,heartbeat,bulletdrop,wind and holding your breath in consideration before taking your shot.
Changing weapons takes ages,there's no jumping and the machineguns and tanks are quite deadly.
But you can shoot at every little detail,you can shoot at grenades on an enemy's belt,you can blow up trucks and tanks by hitting the tiny gas tank lid,you can set up tripwire grenades,you can lure enemies into traps by throwing stones,you get an awesome bullettime like in MaxPayne when hitting a headshot,you get the exact distance of the target after instant kill,etc,etc...
It's one of my favorite "sniper" games...and I've played a lot of those....
