BF2S Forums EAMember account

Probably like thee most noobish topic ever but hey I dont care, quick answer then moderator can close thanks very much.  Wtf is the EAMember account, I saw tht thing when I started the game to do with 2142 register and you can get a vet badge in something or other, cant remember what exactly, was to do with 2142.  So basically what is the EAMember account, and where would I go to retreive it?
