Assault = My fav kit.
Rarely. I'm trying to shorten the gap between 1st Sarge and Sarge Mjr. so I'm Medic 24/7, or Support sometimes. Assault has the G3 though. 
i love the assault, i tend to use the G3 when ever i can, i hate using the GL and anywaze the g3 is a solid weapon at any range
I use my open palm to bitchslap the enemy in to submission.

Dont know if its been changed but the G3 seems better then it used to be... or i have just been lucky of late...
It'll probably be my last expert infantry badge, but I have to admit the G3 is badass.

I don't use it anywhere near as much as other kits but I am fully intending to do something about that. Time to give the G3 a dusting off.
Killing/Camping with my G3 is the only reason I use it.
Assault is fine on SF-maps because of the most valuable item, the grapling hook. Depending on map and situation, this class is often "better" (of more use) than AT as the second class with a hook.
Its sad that the assault class is useless.
Edit: The class does have one use. The G3 eats through team mates dashing for a jet like theres no tomorrow.

the G3 is a good gun but i dont like it. the sound and the look of it make me not want to use it. what an ugly gun!

Basic Assault was one of my first Badges. the only real 'problem' with it is the smoke is almost useless. you see straight through it, not to mention it takes ages to deploy.

I use it on only Karkand for ground pounding. I'll use it on other maps just to get the time in (I"ll be in armor or aircraft). Really isn't THAT bad of a kit it just takes some time to adjust. I love the F2000 and the n00b tube. Flash bangs are nice at pissing the enemy off as well (and those tards on your team).
I use the assault kit only on my 2nd account (HartmanPL - shared with brother) to just have fun I mean use the grenade launcher although I'm so bad at it that I change to M4 or MP5 quickly- when playing Hartman I try to learn how to play other kits than medic and support. I play it very rarely.
I just unlocked the F2000, that thing has rekindled my love for Assault. I've been playing Medic a lot lately, since I've been blowing through the lower ranks lately. I've got some time on my hands until Gunnery Sgt. so I'm going to be playing much more Assault.
