Hey guys, been playing for a month or so, but have still not yet found out what EXACTLY IAR means. I know its "In a single round", but what exactly is a single round?

Is it from the time you spawn and then die, or is it from the time you connect in the server, until one of the teams win. (Entire map time).

Please dont flame me, just looking for a little help.

Okay thanks morons, i'm glad you actually read what i asked instead of being douchecanoes and telling me to search. I searched, and all i found was "In a single round". Which i already stated I knew, so you didnt have to repeat it to me.

Now please, actually read what i am asking and nicely help me.

Wow.  You two need to read before giving him smartass or extremely basic answers.  He says he knows it means 'in a round', you fucking nitwits.  He doesn't know what 'in a round means'.

Anyway, Jamal, a round is from when the map starts to when you either win or lose.  Then, the server will either go to a new map, or another round will start.

To put it as elementary as possible, "IAR" is the time in which you score the points that appear on the scoreboard after one team wins.
(Dang, posted way too late...)

IAR = In One round = from start to end of round = your first spawn till one team wins.

Start here:
http://wiki.bf2s.com/stats/specifics?s=iar#iar

The Wiki also is a great source of info.

A round starts when you enter the game and ends whent he server announces a winner.  So, you can play a whole round (when the server announces that commander elections have begun) or just a part of a round by dropping in after the start.

I take too long to type. (shakes fist at WilhelmSissener)
