sounds like MS Word is corrupted, Id re-install it
You have some C++ library issues, reinstall Word.
If the image is broken, as if was when I refreshed, the image stated Runtime Visual C++ Error in the title bar, then stated the path to Word, and that it had a program termination problem (or something close to that).
