Oh, yes.  What madman could oppose private citizens summarily imprisoning people who they feel have done something wrong.  In fact, why even ask them to bring them in.  That only clogs up an already overstrained court system.  Exceutions for all!  Fuck the law, fuck order, fuck civilization.  Everyone can do what they feel is right.

By the way, you can type bullshit all you like.  See.  Bullshit, bullshit, bullshit.  Bullshit.

Bullshit.

P.S.  Actually, it's not a law specific to Mexico.  Rather, there are laws specific to the US which allow bounty hunting, as an exception to normal laws.

Bullshit. You know why? Here in the good old US of A, the only ways to make Bonty hunting legal is what is known in the court system and to criminals as a Warrant of Arrest, also Mr Chapman is also a Bondsman, now the duty of a bondsman is essentially to give "a get of out of jail card". The arrestee pays a bondsman a certian amount of cash, or a vehicle title, or something agree'd upon between the arrestee and bondsman. Then the bondsman fills out a power of attourney and a few other documents that states this jerkoff will appear in court to answer to his/her charges. Now if mr jerkoff doesn't pay the Bondsman or meet requirements, Mr Bondsman can revoke the bond and go after Mr. Jerkoff and bring him to jail.

Yes, his show on A&E is filmed in Hawaii, and there he is a bondsman and all of the people he apprehends are people that have paid him money to get out of jail, and since they don't show up for court he revokes their bond and brings them to jail.

But the particular case he's involved in, in Mexico, he didn't bond out that wingnut that fled to Mexico, As most people in the U.S. know, that if you have major charges against you, flee to Mexico. The U.S. won't go down to Mexico to arrest you because American Law Enforcement has no juristiction there what so ever. But Dog didn't do his homework and find out that bounty hunting in Mexico is illegal.  However had this wingnut been in the U.S. it would have been perfectly legal since Wingnut had warrants for his arrest.

Andrew Luster, the famed heir to the Max Factor cosmetics fortune, was convicted of drugging and raping three women over a four year span. During his trial in 2003, Luster fled the country to Mexico. In June 2003, Dog and his team tracked the fugitive Luster in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where he was living under an alias, and arrested him. Luster was found guilty and is currently serving a 124 year prison sentence.

Guilty and serving a 124 years and they are breaking their necks over a bountyhunter??

btw

Crossing the borders is illegal too but that didn't stop any Mexican from doing so.

Oh, right, so we'll just ignore crimes when we feel like it now.  Great, I don't feel like prosecuting murderers, let's just let them go.

What the fuck.

124 years, you'd think he killed a few families to get that.

Aaaaah, it is so amusing watching Bubbalo attempt to argue about things he knows nothing about.  So, basically, Bub, what your saying is, if I, say, killed your entire family, and dog, and ate them, then flew to, say, India, before your police forces could apprehend me, that your nation is just, shit outta luck when it comes to the crimes I commited?  Most countires DON'T have extradition treaties.

Dog was arrested a while back, and made bond.  He failed to appear in court, as promised.  He is in trouble for the same shit that he arrests people for all the time.  let's not forgot that before his TV show, "Dog" Chapman was a criminal.  He obviously still is.  You can't let some people break laws and get away with it, and you can't pick and chose which ones to enforce.

This week, here in Houston, an illegal alien (mexican, of course)  shot and killed a Houston police officer.  This person has an extensive criminal history here in the U.S., and has been deported in the past.  Mexico doesn't want us to try him....cuz they know that murder of a peace officer is a capital crime in Texas. i.e., we're gonna kill that fucker back.  So we let them have "Dog," and they let us have our Mexican.  Seems like  a fair trade to me.  But then again, I take attacks on public servants personally.

It is sad that a criminal can flee to another country. Its just like the Natalie Holloway case. Don't go to another country thinking American laws will protect you.

fuck mexican law, fuck mexican order, fuck mexican civilization.   The only reason mexico isn't the complete North American version of Somalia is because of all the money we waste down there on their shit labor.
