I'm going to be buying a new computer that has windows xp 64 and I wanted to know if I would have problems running battlefield 2 on it or if any of you have had problems doing it. Any advice would be help and +1 for those that help.

I,ve been running BF2 on xp 64 for about a year without any probs runs sweet . It just gives u a waning that it hasn't been tested on x64 when ya install it.
I am Dual Booting with the Evaluation Version and it works just fine, In fact, Everything else seems to work just fine also.

After reading your specs, you shouldn't have any problems at all. I have a good setup, but it doesn't touch yours and mine runs flawlessly.
