SMG's kicks ass,i pick them over assualt rifles and carbines,
MP5,MP7 and the P90 all great guns,i feel like i am playing cs all over again when using them.

My ratio is somehow over 1 with them, but I love them. Great for infantry only.
they are good up close they seem to have a high rate of fire. but they suck at long range. carbines are better overall i think.

Case in Point:
Dalian Plant, spawn Power Station 2 feet away from a prone soldier with an MP5, in his gunsights. He opens up, but I still manage to duck behind a corner and pop back out and shotty him in the face. Yes you can argue that I had a shotty, but he still had an excellent chance to murder me.

i love the p90 i never use dao
i find myself doing much better with pistols than SMGs. pistols are incredibly accurate and do more damage, so i use pistols for long range and then the shotguns up close. works much better than using SMGs. if you are decent with a pistol than you would agree with this.

They are 'meh'. Only decent stock SMG is the PP-19, but the P90 is awesome. The P90 is the only unlock that I'd say is legit without being a nublock. I have to say though, the MP5 handles pretty well though, even though you can run out of ammo quickly. The PLA one is just feels so flimsy. I could make that thing in my garage.

The pp-19 is my favorite gun in the game. (that is the mec AT smg) It's extremely accurate and powerful enough for my needs

If someone is with in 5 feet of a P90 and the guy holding it isn't a total newbie, that someone is going to die.
