Just tell him the order to evict him came from the government. Because he is so filthy the government feels it is unwise for him to live together with someone else in the same home, since this will drastically increase the chance of starting some plague epidemic which would threaten the entire population.
Or you could double his rent and tell him he has to pay a month up front, and just make it hard for him not to go...ie things like turn the electric off after 9 at night only allow visitors until 7 that sort of thng...will make him move out pretty quick...lol
Take all the shit, i.e. dirty dishes, jizz from shower, etc, and put it all in his room. If he moves it all out to the kitchen then move it back and tell him you're not his skivvy (slave). He'll either sort himself out or he'll move out

Start a kickvote, or give him a little notice and just explain it to him. If he's not an ass, he'll understand and accept it.
