ok i got toca race driver 3 with my new gfx card . i installed it on my old pc , worked fine except for crap graphics. when i built my new pc amd athlon 64x2 4200 am2 , ive no end of problems with this game.
1, when playing the game on my new system . the game will fast forward and and the accelerator and steering stop functioning . i went to the code masters site support , according to my symptoms i have turn to off 1 processor and d/l the patch for this game , so i do that
2, with one processor turned off the game now works fine , plays real good . but if i do badly in a race and want to restart , when i hit the escape button to go to the menu the game ctds everytime ? can any one help fix this .
3, not to do with toca3 . i did a msi live update and got 1 bios upgrade and 13 gfx card updates . thing is i havent put a floppy drive in my pc , when i start the bios update it says to install by floppy or windows . i have been advised to to do it by floppy disc . is this important as i was also told that i could destroy my mobo if i do it wrong
