Same here; 100% of my playing time is on this account. I still don't care much for helicopters; but as a newb I always jumped in them not knowing shit, and got blown out of the sky by some skilled players. Now I know for a fact if I started a new account, my heli stats would probably be "acceptable" by svd's standards.
I gun with Ure_Ded quite a bit...well, when i can anywho. Nothing quite as satisfying as putting a tv missle up the tailpipe of a non-suspecting Tank...KaBOOM!...even better when there's collateral damage to surrounding vehicles/infantry...
However.....never never never waste one on infantry unless the armor is already toast....just as soon as you let it go to take out that sniper....here comes the AA with your name written all over it.

And I'll vouch for Rusty - he's a TV missle king. A number of times I've been going evasive out of a situation and he still got off a TV shot to neutralize some armor. one of my favorite things to do while gunning is use the missles as a scout to see whats ahead because you can stilll spot things out while controlling the tv missle....but yeah some people just suck ass
what i do in a helo is i just pretend that i dont even have a gunner and that i have to take out everything with the dumb missles....well i do this until i feel comfortable that my gunner actually knows how to use a tv missle
then theres just the dumbass's that dont know that the tv missle changes directions if you keep clicking

But 90% of my chopper time is piloting: 1,038 driver points. Add them to my kills and you have a 3 kd ratio.
I'm not ace, but a lot of noobs got their chopper ribbons flying with me.
well my friend that is called a noob gunner and yes i agree there is absolutly no point tving infantry (unless its someone you wanna own cause they are an ass or they are your friend ) this may sound stupid but you only have 8 tv's and if you lose your base where you go to refuel and have no tv's your basicly screwed so Gun is for infantry, maybe cars, and boats tv is for everything else.
me n stalker2200 are pretty big chopper whores....
TV missile are great as long as the pilot keeps the nose down so that the gunner can aim the TV, or sometimes its difficult to aim the TV because the pilot cant keep still long enough to get in a good shot, if this is the case i just use the machine gun
hehehe when i fly with my mates and we see a lone sniper on a hill in the middle of nowhere they normally say "line me up" and so i do. Its always fun to see enemies bodies fly into the air.
ummm i would have to say that at least 95% of all the kills i have in a helo are from the dumb rockets.... and i have never had a round of sharqi where i was in the gunner seat of the havoc for the whole round...... and i just started learning how to fly good in the past 2 months... haha i have kinda made it my mission to fly well... but i always end up getting rammed by some stupid j-10's....... and i dont think i have ever gotten a helo in a 64 player server as i usually play servers with less then 30 players so i dont have to fight with 32 other teammates just for a damn helo..... and yes i was horrible!!! when i first tried to learnURE_DED wrote:

The crosshair jumps backwards and forwards while the heli moves. And for the TV I seldom shoot it because the heli is always pointing the nose in the ground so that the TV is like 20m ahead.

Edit:To stay on topic, tv'ing infantry is just funny. I do it, but only if the enemy helo was just taken out and there is no armor to destroy. Then it's open tv missle season on infantry.
