Well. The trailer looks ok, but i bet it will be just another uber patriotic movie. The us are the good, the Nazis are the bad and get pwnt.... thats boring.
Like to see a film, where the Nazis are not presented as a cold blooded, brain amputated, fascists dorks without a life...

Personally it looks like a decent movie. A remake of the movies of the good ole days. I remember seeing Iwo Jima with the Duke. Clint Eastwood is directing so I'm willing to take a look at the movie.

That last movie I saw directed by Clint Eastwood was actually pretty good (Million Dollar Baby). I'll give this one a go because I'm a Former Marine and so was half my Family...

I watched the trailer, and read some history books, and even made a presentation about the D-day for a committee, but if u dorks would have read my post, I said that I hope that the film wont be another patriotic bullshit. I may used the wrong expression and this may be the reason for your confusion.
And u may know, that the Japanese had a partnership with the Germans. They exchanged for example some plans from the me262 that the Japanese could build their own model, based on the German one.
But i bet u all knew that.
