If I ever got a server I would have a word filter that would ban for the word "the"

I got banned from the "=GaY= The fun clan, enjoy it" server for calling an admin a fag! I mean, since when is being GaY not being a fag? LOL I really didn't care.
I got kicked from a clan server(HST HaVoC SoulTaKer), immediately, for "having a high average ping of 209". I thought it strange, so I rejoined. Immediately kicked again for "having a high average ping of 209". Strange, I checked right before i got kicked, and my ping was 33. Rejoined again, and got banned for, you guess it, "having a high average ping of 209". And I never even moved out of the main base, cuz I never had time to before I got booted. A quick glance at the server in the browser window showed 7 players, all same clan, only 1 player had kills, and he had well over 100 points. Sounds kinda fishy to me.
